The role:
- Manage all ticket systems from logging to resolution
- Installing, programming and maintaining client’s business phone systems
- Effective liaison with internal and external teams to ensure smooth processes are carried out
- Ensure all work is in line with SLA’s and customer expectations
- Engage with 3rd line project and pre-sales teams
- Carry out remote and onsite technical support to resolve system & software queries
The candidate:
- Have a strong “voice” background and possess Mitel 330 (basic & advanced)
- 3+ year’s industry experience
- Qualifications for installations of MiCC, MiCollab and MiVB
- Fantastic customer service skills
- A natural problem solver
- Flexible and adaptable
