Corporate Resources is partnered with an IT Managed Services company based in Gloucestershire who is actively recruiting for a Mitel Support Engineer to join them. The role:

  • Manage all ticket systems from logging to resolution
  • Installing, programming and maintaining client’s business phone systems
  • Effective liaison with internal and external teams to ensure smooth processes are carried out
  • Ensure all work is in line with SLA’s and customer expectations
  • Engage with 3rd line project and pre-sales teams
  • Carry out remote and onsite technical support to resolve system & software queries

The candidate:

  • Have a strong “voice” background and possess Mitel 330 (basic & advanced)
  • 3+ year’s industry experience
  • Qualifications for installations of MiCC, MiCollab and MiVB
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • A natural problem solver
  • Flexible and adaptable
