Account Manager

Corporate Resources is currently partnered with a growing managed services provider who is looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their team based in Hampshire. Due to expansion, our client is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Business Developer to cross sell their product portfolio of managed IT Services into their extensive base of customers.

The role:

  • Proactively source new business opportunities out of allocated accounts
  • Understand the customer’s requirements and objectives to gain return on investment to continue to grow revenue pipelines
  • Build and maintain solid working relationships with customers in order to secure a high retention rate
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets
  • Work closely with the internal marketing department to deliver marketing campaigns to customers
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered at all times
  • Be an active member of weekly sales meetings


  • Demonstrate a successful background in a competitive sales environment
  • 1+ years’ experience within the telecommunications industry in a sales related position
  • The ability to build and maintain long term relationships with customers
  • A competitive edge with a target orientated mindset
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • The drive to overachieve retention and business development targets out of existing clients
  • The capability to understand customer requirements to ensure delivery of the correct services and products are provided
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills
