Our client, a british cloud and networking pioneer are seeking a BDM in London. The individual will be responsible for securing new business/new logo wins within the SME market to help with the company’s continued growth and heighten their profile within the Telecoms arena. You will be selling the company’s Business Internet, WAN and managed service products into a high pressure environment with huge rewards when successful.
Key responsibilities for the role are as follows;
To advise clients competently and knowledgeably on solutions and services that best fulfil their business structure and requirements
Working with marketing to plan sales strategies and campaigns to help raise the company’s market awareness and increase the highly contested market share
To negotiate skilfully with clients to achieve sales whilst in keeping with company pricing policies and taking into consideration client budgets
Developing and maintaining relationships with key corporate accounts
Providing accurate, up to date sales forecasting and ensuring KPI and sales targets are achieved
To handle the full sales cycle with the aid and support of the dedicated internal resources by the company
Knowledge and experience required for the role;
You must be able to demonstrate a consistent business development track record with a proven ability to hit sales targets
Have experience selling multi-site MPLS solutions into the corporate/enterprise marketplace
Have experience selling complex managed services (cloud, hosted voice, unified communications)Comfortable communicating at a C-suite level with extensive experience closing lucrative deals
