Business Development Manager – Unified Communications
Our client, a leading independent telecommunications provider is looking to recruit a focused, goal orientated Senior Business Developer to join their London team. The purpose of this position is to source new business opportunities within the unified communications market in the UK and onboard new customers to add to the company’s portfolio.
- Targeting organisations within the SME market selling the company’s portfolio of services including but not limited to: voice, data and mobile
- Upsell and cross sell within existing accounts to achieve targets around retention and growth
- Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline to ensure continuous business is brought in
- Act as a problem solver, by identifying the customer’s requirements and offer effective solutions
- Become a company representative through client meetings and networking events
- Extensive experience in selling within the telecommunications industry across the UK
- An in-depth understanding of products and services around unified communications
- Strong sales skills – ideally SPIN trained or some formal sales training
- An autonomous worker who is self-motivated
- Demonstrate strong networking and communication skills
