A fantastic new vacancy has arisen for an East London based telecommunications company as a Client Services Coordinator. Working alongside the Client Services Manager, you will be supporting and providing solutions for customers to ensure the highest level of service is delivered.

The role:

  • Project manage delivery of solutions to customers
  • Manage any incidents through the initial stages of onboarding and consistently keep relevant stakeholders updated
  • Troubleshoot client support incidents and requests whilst liaising with clients
  • Provision new services whilst working towards SLA’s
  • Complete reports and outline the operational performance with the customer
  • Work alongside internal sales teams to provide relevant information for renewals as well as new instructions
  • Documenting all technical support requests on the internal CRM


  • Technical understanding on networking, SIP and hosted products
  • 2-3 year’s experience in a provisioning or helpdesk role within the telecommunications industry
  • Project management experience
  • A team player
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • A natural problem solver
