Client Services Coordinator

An East London based telecommunications company is currently recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator to join their growing team. Working with the Client Services Manager, you will be supporting and providing solutions for customers to ensure the highest level of service is delivered.

 

Responsibilities:

Project manage delivery of solutions to customers

Manage any incidents through the initial stages of onboarding and consistently keep relevant stakeholders updated

Troubleshoot client support incidents and requests whilst liaising with clients

Provision new services whilst working towards SLA’s

Complete reports and outline the operational performance with the customer

Work alongside internal sales teams to provide relevant information for renewals as well as new instructions

Documenting all technical support requests on the internal CRM

 

Experience:

Technical understanding on networking, SIP and hosted products

2-3 year’s experience in a provisioning or helpdesk role within the telecommunications industry

Project management experience

A team player

Fantastic communication skills

A natural problem solver
