An exciting new vacancy as an Account Manager has become available with a leading telecoms provider based in Central London. The purpose of this role is to support existing channel partners and upsell into these accounts with new products available. The Account Manager will source new opportunities within the existing client base and will manage all current client relationships.

Duties

  • Be an active member of the account management team and support members of the channel team to achieve goals
  • Manage customers ongoing sales needs
  • Process orders and setup new accounts when required
  • Up-sell products to the existing client base
  • Keep in regular contact with clients to maintain and strengthen working relationships
  • Act as point of contact for any escalations and pass on to the relevant team

Experience 

  • Must have prior account management/customer service experience previously
  • Enjoy working with customers on a daily basis
  • Possess an excellent telephone manner
  • Be a team player
  • Thrive off delivering outstanding customer service
