Location: London/Remote

Corporate Resources is looking to recruit a Head of Service Delivery to join our client, a highly respected data and connectivity provider based in Central London. The purpose of this position is to lead the provisioning and service delivery teams to maintain the high-level service the organisation is renowned for.

The role:

  • To ensure the support teams adhere to strict SLAs
  • Review internal processes and improve where necessary to ensure smooth delivery and the highest level of customer service is constantly provided
  • Manage provisioning processes to be in line with SLAs
  • Resolve any escalations passed by team leaders by liaising with internal teams and customers quick and efficiently
  • Update teams on regular product training from the company’s portfolio
  • Support and guide team leaders and junior employees through day to day management responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for service review documentation and continuously lookout for areas of improvement
  • Monitor KPI’s and ensure relevant targets are met
  • Keep track of supplier reviews to make certain suppliers abide by SLA agreements
  • Play an active role in onboarding new members of the teams through initial and ongoing support

Experience:

  • 5 years + experience in the telecommunications industry – essential
  • Prior service delivery management experience
  • Operationally focused and process driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • The ability to work alongside various internal teams and senior management
  • Fantastic commercial awareness
