Customer Service Account Manager
Corporate Resources is actively looking for a Customer Service focused Account Manager to join an award-winning telecommunications provider based in Hertfordshire. - Develop in depth knowledge of the company’s key products and services
- Build and maintain fantastic working relationships with new and existing clients
- Retain the client’s business as well as upsell and cross sell where able to
- Manage general billing questions
- Work closely with internal teams to feedback relevant information to the client
- To handle both inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Update the internal system regularly and accurately
- At least one year’s experience within the telecommunications industry
- Prior customer service or account management experience
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to solve problems, quickly and efficiently
- Work well independently
- Strong attention to detail
