Customer Service Account Manager

Corporate Resources is actively looking for a Customer Service focused Account Manager to join an award-winning telecommunications provider based in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will boast a successful career in customer service, possess exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to manage key accounts. Responsibilities:

  • Develop in depth knowledge of the company’s key products and services
  • Build and maintain fantastic working relationships with new and existing clients
  • Retain the client’s business as well as upsell and cross sell where able to
  • Manage general billing questions
  • Work closely with internal teams to feedback relevant information to the client
  • To handle both inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Update the internal system regularly and accurately

Experience:

  • At least one year’s experience within the telecommunications industry
  • Prior customer service or account management experience
  • Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to solve problems, quickly and efficiently
  • Work well independently
  • Strong attention to detail
