IoT Sales Specialist

A well established cloud solutions provider based in Central London is actively recruiting for a Sales Specialist to promote IoT solutions to prospective clients as well as existing channel partners and key accounts. Our client is looking to a hire an expert in this area who is experienced in executing strategic plans and developing sales opportunities across various verticals.

The role:

  • Utilise the company’s infrastructure around business development to successfully onboard new customers
  • Continually forecast a healthy pipeline of new sales opportunities
  • Work alongside internal teams including, but not limited to: telesales, marketing and channel to capture all potential leads and sales
  • Carry out market research specifically targeting mid-market businesses across aligned verticals (100-2000 employees)
  • Action a plan to target existing channel partners to introduce IoT services
  • Manage the delivery stage of the sales cycle
  • Learn and understand the customer’s requirements to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Support Channel Account Managers in understanding and promoting sales for IoT
  • Provide a consultative service to all new customers
  • Achieve and exceed set targets

  • Extensive experience in selling IoT and related solutions
