An excellent opportunity for a Senior Account Manager has become available with our client, a leading business communications provider who specialises in cloud telephony and cloud solutions. Our client is looking for someone who has extensive VOIP + connectivity knowledge as well as strategic account management experience.

You have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week so an autonomous, proactive approach is essential to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Retaining and growing revenue for key accounts across the UK within the SME market
  • Attend weekly internal sales meetings
  • Understand client’s current and future requirements to ensure solutions are provided
  • Negotiating new contract terms and ensure clients renew annually
  • Arrange client meetings onsite on a regular basis to build strong working relationships
  • Increasing the revenue opportunity within each client’s business portfolio through upselling, cross selling and business acumen
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 year’s experience in a strategic account management role within the telecommunications industry
  • Experience in selling unified communications
  • Knowledge of VOIP + connectivity products
  • An autonomous, proactive worker
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • The ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
  • Fantastic communication skills
