Our client, a Cloud Security specialist, is looking to expand their Inside Sales team and is keen to recruit energetic, highly motivated individuals to be a part of the company’s growth. The purpose of the Sales Development Representative is to generate interest through various channels to high level prospective clients.


The role:

  • Engage with prospects in order to qualify leads, book online meetings and demonstrations
  • Work with the company’s external providers on a weekly basis to market relevant content
  • Research companies and source the relevant contacts to discuss potential business with
  • Continually contact prospects through various channels of communication
  • Update the company’s CRM system with all qualified leads
  • Work closely alongside Sales Consultants to discuss new sales opportunities



  • The ability to converse with C-Level contacts over the phone and via email
  • A genuine interest in learning and developing a longstanding career within the technology industry
  • 1-2 year’s previous experience in an internal sales position
  • An understanding of cloud applications and unified communications is desirable
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
  • An energetic, enthusiastic personality
