A well-established telecommunications provider based in South London is keen to hire an experienced Sales Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This is a dual role, split between client relationship and business development so the ideal candidate will be heavily service orientated with a natural sales flare.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular service review meetings with assigned accounts
  • Providing customers with highest level of service to ensure continual development of accounts
  • Work alongside the Sales Lead ready for service review meetings
  • Oversee the onboarding solutions end to end
  • Confidently manage relationships

Experience:

  • 2 year’s minimum experience in corporate account management
  • The ability to manage relationships as well as source opportunities to upsell products and solutions
  • Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry, in particular data connectivity
  • Understanding of account development plans
