A multinational IT Solutions provider is actively recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to join their London team. As a Senior Account Manager you will be tasked to on-board, maintain and support key customer accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Establish and maintain a smooth process between the company, customers and all external partners
  • Work alongside international offices to leverage accounts globally
  • Develop low spend accounts and grow them year on year
  • Onboard new customers
  • Ensure your product knowledge across the portfolio is updated
  • Clearly communicate with internal departments to make sure customer service levels are maintained to the highest level
  • Attend client visits as and when required

 

Experience:

 

  • Essential experience in an account management role within the IT solutions industry
  • Fantastic relationship building skills
  • Highly self-motivated
