Our client, a Data Connectivity provider is looking to recruit an accomplished Senior Account Manager for their Central London Office due to expansion. The purpose of this position is to be fully responsible for managing a base of approximately 250 accounts whilst using effective sales strategies in order to grow and retain clients.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Demonstrate a successful background in a competitive sales environment
  • 3+ years’ experience within the telecommunications industry with knowledge of connectivity, unified communications and cloud products
  • The ability to build and maintain long term relationships with customers
  • A competitive edge with a target orientated mindset
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • The drive to overachieve retention and business development targets for existing clients
  • The capability to understand customer requirements to ensure delivery of the correct services and products are provided
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills
  • Be a natural problem solver
