Our client, an award winning Telecoms company is seeking a Technical Support Associate due to their recent success selling IP Voice services.
You will be required to provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers both existing and new clients.
The role will mainly consist of the following;
Diagnosing customer service problems and logging fault tickets
Managing both ADSL faults and orders
Investigating and documenting the root causes of all failures
Keeping accurate records of service management and CRM systems
A perfect opportunity for someone with technical support experience in IT, telecoms or ISP. You will need to a passion for technology and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of data networks, VOIP, TDM and IP business phones.
