An exciting role has become available within our clients quickly developing, award winning Telecoms company based near Woodford Green, Greater London.
The role is for a Provisioning Co-ordinator, which will mean working alongside the support team and reporting into the Head of Support. You will be tasked to ensure the company delivers excellent levels of customer service during the provisioning of new data, telephony and IP services.
The key points of the role are as follows;
Ensuring all SLA’s are met and exceeded when possible
Managing strong relationship between company and customers
Reviewing and improving the internal provisioning process
Escalating and highlighting any issues when processing orders
Providing excellent interaction and customer service via both phone and email
Looking after the provisioning of Data, Telephony and IP services when handing over to clients
Desired skills that are required for the role;
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Willing to learn new processes and learn about new technologies
Problem solving skills under pressure
A basic salary of £30-£35,000 is on offer dependent on experience and product knowledge.
Telecoms experience not essential but any experience in this marketplace would be highly beneficial to the role.
