Our client, an established telecommunications provider based Central London in is looking for an energetic Telemarketing Executive to join their sales team. The purpose of this role is to qualify potential clients ready to pass to the business development team to discuss solutions for the client.

The role:

  • Contact potential and existing clients to discuss products and services suitable for their requirements
  • Thoroughly qualify leads prior to passing on to the business development team
  • Respond to all incoming calls and understand the client’s requirements
  • Work closely alongside the marketing team to develop marketing strategies
  • Monitor internal leads and enquiries to contact them quickly and efficiently
  • Confidently speak to clients and overcome any questions they may have
  • Conduct research and collate information to assist with the sales process
  • Update internal systems regularly

The candidate:

  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • A confident and clear telephone manner
  • Proven experience in a phone based customer service role/telemarketing position
  • The ability to learn products and services quickly
