Telemarketing Executive

Our client, an established telecommunications provider based in South London is looking for an energetic Telemarketing Executive to join their sales team. The purpose of this role is to qualify potential clients ready to pass to the business development team to discuss services and product opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing clients to discuss products and services suitable for their requirements
  • Monitor internal leads and enquiries to contact them quickly and efficiently
  • Confidently speak to clients and overcome any questions they may have
  • Conduct research and collate information to assist with the sales process
  • Update internal systems regularly

Experience:

  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • A confident and clear telephone manner
  • Proven experience in a phone based customer service role/telemarketing position
  • Fast learner
