Pre-Sales Engineer

Corporate Resources is partnered with a telecommunications provider based in City of London who is keen to recruit a Presales Engineer to join their growing team. The Presales Engineer is responsible for working with new and existing clients on all technical projects.


  • Lead technical presales engagements to propose profitable solutions
  • Draft and present technical documents ensuring all requirements are met
  • Lead client engagement and refer back to the company’s products when possible
  • Support solution delivery by managing vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure all work is in-line with SLA’s and client’s needs
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement around service delivery and new technologies
  • Work alongside sales teams to develop proposals to seamlessly coincide with the sales process


  • Essential – experience in LAN, WAN & SIP Trunking
  • A confident presenter
  • A strong understanding of hosted PBX products and Microsoft teams with Microsoft phone systems
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Confidence to decide and deliver solutions based on customer requirements
  • Fantastic planning and organisational skills
