Pre-Sales Engineer
Corporate Resources is partnered with a telecommunications provider based in City of London who is keen to recruit a Presales Engineer to join their growing team. The Presales Engineer is responsible for working with new and existing clients on all technical projects.
Duties
- Lead technical presales engagements to propose profitable solutions
- Draft and present technical documents ensuring all requirements are met
- Lead client engagement and refer back to the company’s products when possible
- Support solution delivery by managing vendors and suppliers
- Ensure all work is in-line with SLA’s and client’s needs
- Proactively identify areas of improvement around service delivery and new technologies
- Work alongside sales teams to develop proposals to seamlessly coincide with the sales process
Experience
- Essential – experience in LAN, WAN & SIP Trunking
- A confident presenter
- A strong understanding of hosted PBX products and Microsoft teams with Microsoft phone systems
- Outstanding communication skills
- Confidence to decide and deliver solutions based on customer requirements
- Fantastic planning and organisational skills
