Sales Support Executive
An innovative telecommunications company based in the heart of the City of London is actively recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join their growing team. This role is a critical part of the team to ensure a smooth sales cycle through support and administrative duties to the business development and pre-sales teams.
The role:
- Act as the first point of contact to customers and support the sales lifecycle
- Work alongside the sales teams across the organisation to understand the customer’s requirements
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations and marketing information
- Liaise with internal operations teams and necessary suppliers to provide accurate quotes
- Manage and process orders
- Prepare and log regular sales reports to feedback to senior management
- Work the internal marketing team to support their campaigns and events
- Take ownership of the RFP process
The candidate:
- Recently worked in a sales support or account management role
- Telecommunications or IT Solutions industry knowledge highly advantageous
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- An independent worker who is self motivated
- A natural team collaborator
- Excellent customer facing experience
