Sales Support Executive

An innovative telecommunications company based in the heart of the City of London is actively recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join their growing team. This role is a critical part of the team to ensure a smooth sales cycle through support and administrative duties to the business development and pre-sales teams.

The role:

  • Act as the first point of contact to customers and support the sales lifecycle
  • Work alongside the sales teams across the organisation to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations and marketing information
  • Liaise with internal operations teams and necessary suppliers to provide accurate quotes
  • Manage and process orders
  • Prepare and log regular sales reports to feedback to senior management
  • Work the internal marketing team to support their campaigns and events
  • Take ownership of the RFP process

The candidate:

  • Recently worked in a sales support or account management role
  • Telecommunications or IT Solutions industry knowledge highly advantageous
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • An independent worker who is self motivated
  • A natural team collaborator
  • Excellent customer facing experience
